Every craps bet pays at a fixed ratio. This page lists every payout on the table and lets you enter a bet size to see exactly what you'd collect — before you put chips down.
How to Calculate Any Payout Yourself
A payout like 7:6 means: for every $6 you bet, you win $7. You also get your original $6 back, so you walk away with $13 total. The ratio tells you the win only — your bet always comes back with it.
The formula: Win = Bet × (first number ÷ second number)
Multiply your bet by the first number, divide by the second. A few examples:
- 7:6 on a $12 place bet: 12 × 7 ÷ 6 = $14 win ($26 returned total)
- 6:5 on a $25 odds bet: 25 × 6 ÷ 5 = $30 win ($55 returned total)
- 9:5 on a $10 place bet on the 4: 10 × 9 ÷ 5 = $18 win ($28 returned total)
- 15:1 on a $5 Yo bet: 5 × 15 ÷ 1 = $75 win ($80 returned total)
At the table you won't have a calculator, so the shortcut is to memorize the ratio as a decimal: 7:6 = 1.167, 6:5 = 1.2, 3:2 = 1.5, 2:1 = 2. Multiply your bet by that number and you have your win.
Prop bet layouts sometimes show payouts as X FOR 1 instead of X TO 1. They look similar but mean different things. "30 TO 1" means you win $30 plus get your $1 back — $31 total. "30 FOR 1" means you receive $30 total and your bet is already included — so you only profit $29. The center section of most tables uses "FOR 1" notation. Always check which one the layout shows.

How to Read This Chart
The Pays column is what you win on top of getting your original bet back. A 7:6 payout on a $6 place bet means you collect $7 in winnings and your $6 back — $13 total. A 1:1 (even money) payout on a $10 pass line bet means you win $10 and get your $10 back — $20 total.
True Odds is what the bet would pay if there were no house cut — the mathematically fair payout based on the actual probability of winning. The gap between what a bet pays and what it should pay is where the house edge comes from. Free odds bets close that gap entirely, which is why their house edge is 0%.
Bet sizing matters on place bets. The 6 and 8 pay 7:6, so bet in multiples of $6 ($6, $12, $18, $24, $30) — odd amounts leave fractional payouts that get rounded against you. The 5 and 9 pay 7:5, so bet in multiples of $5. Same for the 4 and 10.
